Terms of Service
Read the full terms of service. These terms cover accounts, manual plan payment (1 Month / 3 Months), subscription expiration and renewal, campaigns, templates, and support on this Rabط platform.
1. Agreement
By creating a Rabط account, signing in, submitting a payment request, or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you use Rabط on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.
2. The service
Rabط provides online tools to:
- manage a private workspace after email verification and an active paid plan;
- import and store contact lists;
- compose and send email, WhatsApp, and Telegram campaigns;
- create and reuse email templates;
- schedule campaigns for later;
- view activity, KPIs, and engagement;
- configure channel settings for your workspace;
- choose a plan, upload payment proof, and renew when a subscription ends;
- contact the platform team through Help & Support.
The service is provided as hosted software on this server. Features may depend on channels you configure (for example your SMTP mailbox or a WhatsApp / Telegram session). We do not guarantee delivery by third-party networks.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide an accurate name and email address, choose a password of at least six characters, and complete verification with the 6-digit code we email you before using workspace tools. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password and session confidential.
One person or organization should not share a single login in a way that bypasses workspace isolation. You must tell us through Get assistance if you believe your account was used without permission. We may revoke sessions, disable an account, or require a password reset to protect the platform.
Signups may be closed, and the operator may enable maintenance mode that blocks user login and signup. Existing terms still apply to stored data during maintenance.
4. Plans, payment, and subscription period
Rabط offers manual subscription plans, currently:
- 1 Month — access for one calendar month from activation;
- 3 Months — access for three calendar months from activation.
Payment is manual. You select a plan on Pricing, transfer the stated amount using the payment details shown by the operator, then upload a clear receipt (photo or PDF). There is no automated card gateway inside Rabط.
After you submit a request, your payment stays pending until a Super Admin verifies it. When payment is approved:
- your account is activated for the selected plan;
- a subscription start date is set;
- an expiration date is calculated (+1 month or +3 months);
- paid platform tools become available until that expiration date.
If payment is rejected, you may submit a new request with a correct receipt. Plan prices and bank details may change; the amount shown when you submit applies to that request.
5. Expiration, access, and renewal
Subscriptions are time-limited. When the expiration date is reached, the subscription is marked Expired. You must no longer use paid platform features until a new payment is approved.
Your account, lists, templates, channel settings, schedules, and history remain stored when a plan expires so you can renew without starting over. The billing status page shows an expiration message and a path to renew.
Renewal rules:
- if your current subscription is still active when a new payment is approved, the new period extends from the current expiration date;
- if the subscription has already expired, the new period starts from the approval date;
- existing workspace data is not deleted by renewal.
While a renewal receipt is pending review and your current plan is still active, you may keep using paid tools until the existing expiration date.
6. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- send spam, phishing, malware, or deceptive messages;
- message people who have not given you permission where permission is required by law or by the rules of Email, WhatsApp, or Telegram;
- harvest or scrape contacts from Rabط or from other users;
- attempt to access another customer’s workspace, lists, credentials, or sessions;
- probe, disrupt, or overload the server, or bypass authentication, rate limits, subscription checks, or tenant isolation;
- upload false payment receipts or attempt to obtain access without paying;
- upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content;
- use the platform to abuse, threaten, or harass anyone;
- misrepresent yourself as the Rabط platform team;
- resell the service or use it in a way that violates these terms or applicable law.
You must follow applicable electronic marketing, privacy, and telecommunications rules, including unsubscribe and consent requirements that apply to your campaigns. You must also follow WhatsApp, Telegram, and your email provider’s rules.
7. Contacts, content, templates, and campaigns
You retain your rights to the names, email addresses, phone numbers, files, templates, and message content you upload. You grant the platform a limited permission to store and process that material solely to operate your workspace and to send the campaigns you request.
You represent that you have the right to use every contact and every file you upload, and that your campaigns do not infringe other people’s rights. Lists, drafts, templates, attachments, and logs live in your workspace and are not a public directory.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of recipients, the content of messages, and the consequences of sending them. Rabط is a sending and organization tool; it does not review every campaign before it goes out.
8. Connected channels
Email sending uses the SMTP settings you save (or other mail configuration in your workspace). WhatsApp and Telegram use sessions or API credentials you connect. Those services are not owned by Rabط. If a provider blocks, delays, or disconnects a session, that is outside our control.
You must not share mailbox passwords, API hashes, or session data with others. If you disconnect a channel, queued or scheduled jobs that depend on it may fail. Platform SMTP (used for verification codes and platform notices) is separate from your campaign mailbox.
9. Scheduling and automation
Scheduled campaigns run according to the date, time, and repeat options you set, subject to server uptime, an active subscription, and channel availability. The operator may cancel, run, or delete schedules when needed to protect the platform or to carry out support you request. You should monitor Schedule and activity logs for failures.
10. Help & Support
Get assistance opens a chat with the platform team. Replies are provided as operational help, not as legal, financial, or professional advice. Do not send passwords or secrets in chat. Abuse of support (spam, threats, or attempts to social-engineer access) is a breach of these terms.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Rabط available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may modify features, plan prices, limits, or these terms. We may perform maintenance, apply security updates, or take the service offline. Data you store is your responsibility to export if you need an independent copy.
12. Platform operator rights
The operator of this instance may, through the Super Admin console or server access:
- create, verify, disable, or delete accounts;
- approve or reject payment requests and activate or renew subscriptions;
- reset passwords and revoke sessions;
- view operational status of channels, lists, schedules, payments, and activity;
- cancel or delete schedules and lists;
- send platform emails to users;
- read and reply to support chat;
- close signups or enable maintenance mode.
Super Admin does not use an “open workspace” login into your session. That does not limit the operator’s right to manage the server, enforce these terms, or process data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Intellectual property
The Rabط name, logo, layout, and software are owned by the platform operator or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or republish the product except as allowed by law. Your campaign content and templates remain yours, subject to the licence in section 7.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that campaigns will be delivered, opened, or free of filtering by receiving networks, or that a payment transfer outside Rabط will be confirmed instantly.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, failed deliveries, or delayed payment verification, even if advised that such damages were possible.
Our total liability arising out of your use of Rabط will not exceed the amount you paid to the operator for the service in the three months before the claim (or zero if no fee was paid). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those places our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.
16. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify the platform operator and its staff against claims, damages, and costs arising from your content, your contact lists, your campaigns, your connected channels, your payment submissions, or your breach of these terms or of law.
17. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Rabط at any time and request account deletion through Get assistance. We may suspend or delete an account, revoke sessions, refuse service, or end a subscription early if you violate these terms, submit fraudulent receipts, if required for security, or if the instance is shut down. After deletion, workspace data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that should survive (including 7, 13–16, and 18) remain in effect.
Expiration of a paid plan alone does not delete your account; it only restricts paid tools until renewal is approved.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of this Rabط instance, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds a provision unenforceable, the rest of the terms still apply. These terms are the entire agreement for your use of the service and replace prior oral or written terms about the same subject.
We may update these Terms of Service. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If you continue to use Rabط after an update, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service and request account closure.
