Privacy Policy
Read the full privacy policy. This page explains what Rabط collects for accounts, manual payments, subscriptions, campaigns, templates, and support — and how that information is used and stored.
1. Who operates Rabط
Rabط is a premium multi-channel workspace for email, WhatsApp, and Telegram campaigns, contact lists, templates, scheduling, analytics, billing, and support. This Privacy Policy applies to the Rabط service on this server, including the website, APIs, and related features such as Help & Support chat.
When we say “we”, “us”, or “the platform”, we mean the operator of this Rabط instance. When we say “you”, we mean a person who visits the site, creates an account, pays for a plan, or uses a workspace.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers personal data and other information processed in connection with:
- creating and signing in to a Rabط account;
- choosing a plan, submitting payment proof, and subscription activation or renewal;
- using Email, WhatsApp, Telegram, Templates, Schedule, Contact, Settings, KPI Overview, Invite Friends, and Help & Support;
- lists, templates, campaign content, attachments, images, and delivery logs you create;
- platform emails such as verification codes, activation notices, and messages from the platform team;
- technical logs needed to run and protect the service.
It does not control how third parties — including email providers, WhatsApp, Telegram, or banks used for manual payment — handle data after you send content or transfer money outside Rabط.
3. Information we collect
Account information
When you sign up we collect your name, email address, and password. The password is stored as a one-way hash, not in plain text. We also store whether your email is verified, whether the account is disabled, when the account was created, and when you last signed in. Optional onboarding answers and a profile photo may be stored if you provide them.
Authentication data
To verify your email we generate a 6-digit one-time code, store a hash of that code, and record expiry and attempt counts. Signed-in sessions use an HTTP-only cookie. Session records include a token, your user id, and expiry time.
Billing and subscription data
Rabط uses manual plan payment (not an automated card gateway). When you choose a plan we may store:
- selected plan (1 Month or 3 Months), amount, and currency;
- name, email, phone, company, and country you enter on the payment form;
- notes you add with the request;
- the payment receipt file you upload (image or PDF);
- payment status (pending, approved, rejected);
- subscription status (none, pending, active, rejected, expired);
- subscription start date, expiration date, and verification timestamps when a Super Admin approves payment.
We do not collect or store bank card numbers, CVV codes, or online banking passwords inside Rabط. Receipts are used only so the operator can verify that you paid.
Workspace content you provide
You may upload or enter contact lists (email addresses and phone numbers), email templates and assets, campaign names, message subject lines, HTML or text bodies, signatures, attachments, images, schedule dates and times, and channel settings such as SMTP host, username, and password for your own mailbox. Messaging sessions for WhatsApp and Telegram are stored so the channel can stay connected in your workspace.
Usage and delivery data
The platform records send activity (channel, time, sent and failed counts, labels, and error messages), schedule status, and engagement events such as email opens and clicks and WhatsApp delivery or read acknowledgements when those events are available. KPI charts use this data inside your workspace.
Support chat
If you use Get assistance, we store the messages you send and the replies from the platform team, with timestamps, so the conversation can continue.
Technical data
The server may process IP address, browser user agent, and request metadata as part of normal HTTP operation, login lockout protection, visit counting, and error handling. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- create and secure your account, verify your email, and keep you signed in;
- review payment requests, activate or renew subscriptions, and enforce plan expiration;
- provide your isolated workspace and the paid tools included in your active plan;
- send campaigns you start or schedule, using the channels you configure;
- show KPI Overview, activity, schedules, lists, templates, and engagement inside your workspace;
- send platform emails such as verification codes, activation notices, or messages from the platform team;
- operate Help & Support chat;
- protect the service against abuse, unauthorized access, and operational failures;
- comply with law where we are required to do so.
We do not sell your account data, contact lists, templates, receipts, or campaign content to advertisers.
5. Plans, payments, and subscription access
Paid access is time-limited. After Super Admin verifies your payment, your subscription start and end dates are stored and used to allow or block paid tools. When a subscription expires, your account and workspace data remain, but paid features stay locked until a new payment is approved. Renewal history is kept so you and the operator can see past verified payments.
Payment verification is performed manually by the platform operator. Uploaded receipts are visible to Super Admin for that purpose.
6. Email, WhatsApp, and Telegram
You connect your own sending channels. SMTP credentials, Telegram API details, and WhatsApp session data that you save are used only to operate those channels for your workspace.
When you send a campaign, the recipients, message body, and attachments you chose are transmitted through that channel. WhatsApp and Telegram are third-party networks. Their own privacy terms apply to content that leaves Rabط and is delivered on those networks.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact people on your lists, including consent or other permission required by anti-spam and messaging rules that apply to you.
7. Opens, clicks, and delivery tracking
Email campaigns may include a tracking pixel and rewritten links so the platform can record whether a message was opened or a link was clicked. WhatsApp delivery and read events may be recorded when the connected session receives them. This data is shown in your workspace (for example KPI Overview and engagement views) so you can understand campaign results. Tracking identifiers are associated with your workspace, not used for cross-site advertising.
8. Help & Support chat
Messages in Get assistance are stored so the platform team can read and reply. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other secrets in chat. Support conversations are visible to the platform operator for the purpose of helping you. Profile images may appear next to your chat for operator identification.
9. Platform administration
A separate Super Admin console exists to operate this instance (users, payments, subscriptions, sessions, schedules, lists, channel status, platform SMTP, broadcasts, settings, revenue overview, and support chat). Super Admin cannot sign in as you inside your workspace. Super Admin can still see operational information needed to run the platform, including account email, verification status, plan and payment status, subscription dates, activity summaries, receipts, and support messages you send.
10. Cookies and sessions
Rabط uses essential cookies:
- a workspace session cookie after you sign in;
- a separate cookie only for the Super Admin console, which is not your user login.
These cookies are required for authentication. The site may also store theme preference and chart filter choices in your browser’s local storage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
11. When information is shared
We share information only as needed to provide the service:
- with email, WhatsApp, or Telegram infrastructure you connect, to deliver messages you send;
- with the mailbox configured as platform SMTP, to send verification codes and platform notices;
- with the platform operator and authorized administrators of this instance (including payment review);
- if required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process;
- to protect the rights, safety, or integrity of the platform or its users.
Workspaces are separated by user account. Another customer’s login is not meant to see your lists, campaigns, templates, or channel credentials.
12. Storage, security, and retention
Data for this instance is stored on the server that hosts Rabط, including configuration files, tenant workspace files, uploaded lists, templates, payment receipts, and support chat records. Passwords and verification codes are stored as hashes. Channel passwords you save in Settings are stored so the platform can send on your behalf.
We apply access controls, session expiry, subscription checks, and account lockouts on failed sign-in. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You should use a strong password and keep channel credentials private.
We keep account and workspace data while your account exists, including after a subscription expires, so you can renew without losing lists or settings. Activity logs, tracking records, payment history, and support messages may be limited in length by the platform. If an account is deleted by the platform operator, associated workspace files and lists for that account are removed as part of that deletion process. Residual copies may remain in backups or logs for a limited operational period.
13. Your choices and requests
You can:
- update profile details where the product allows it, or ask the platform team to update them;
- change your password;
- disconnect WhatsApp or Telegram sessions from your workspace;
- delete contact lists, templates, and schedules you created;
- submit a new payment request to renew an expired or soon-to-expire plan;
- stop using the service and request account deletion through Get assistance.
Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, or to object to certain processing. Send those requests through Help & Support. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder.
14. Children
Rabط is a business messaging workspace. It is not directed at children under 16. Do not create an account or upload information about children if you are not permitted to do so.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of Rabط after an update means you should review the new policy. Material changes may also be announced by a platform email or a notice in the product.
16. How to contact us
For privacy questions, access requests, or deletion requests, open Help & Support → Get assistance while signed in and message the platform team. You can also use the email address associated with your Rabط account when you contact us so we can identify your workspace.
